Matthews Memorialization in Aurora, IN, is hiring a Machine Operator for manufacturing lines. Competitive starting pay with full benefits including Medical, Dental, FSA, and retirement plans.

You will operate production equipment, use hand and power tools, and work with supervision to meet production needs. The role offers training and opportunities to advance within the company.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and mechanical aptitude; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Possess a mechanical aptitude; ability to use a large variety of hand tools and basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts, welding equipment, and cutting torch.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
