Education/Experience:

• Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects up to 20 pounds.
• Able to learn how to operate basic machinery (e.g., plasma table, shear, etc.).
• Able to work with a positive attitude and in a team setting.

Job Description

A Machine Operator (I) for Lennox AES at our Weatherford, TX location is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and quality standards. Responsibilities include setting up machines, troubleshooting, process improvement, and assisting in other areas as needed.

The compensation for this position is $20 per hour, with opportunities for overtime!

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate assigned machinery following established procedures and guidelines.
• Set up machines for production, including loading materials and adjusting settings.
• Monitor machine outputs to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of production, machine settings, and issues.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
