Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Machine Operator for a 4-month assignment in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This on-site role requires safely operating and maintaining equipment to support reliable product delivery.

The successful candidate will participate in pre-job meetings, plan maintenance for the location, and contribute to continuous improvement using the company’s Manufacturing System principles. The position is Temp/Onsite with a 2:30pm–11:00pm shift.

Qualifications

• The Machine Operator handles safe and efficient product and service delivery to customers.
• Operates and maintains shop and field equipment.
• Participates in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Plans and executes maintenance activities for a designated location.
• Maintains equipment according to procedures and reports problems.
• Operates equipment according to procedures and job requirements.
• Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery processes.
• Participates in failure investigations when relevant.
• Uses Manufacturing System principles to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• The Machine Operator is responsible for helping provide safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery to customers, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
• The Machine Operator ensures equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands, and maintains shop and field equipment.
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location (outside of Technology Lifecycle Management activities).
• Maintain equipment according to procedures, reporting problems or deviations.
• Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels and job requirement.
• Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process.
• Participate in failure investigations when relevant.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
