Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Machine Operator – Mail Inserter in Plano, Texas. You will operate high speed inserters, load materials, adjust settings, troubleshoot, and ensure output meets client specifications.

This full-time role offers a 2:00pm–10:30pm Sunday–Thursday schedule, a pay range of $17.50–$19 per hour based on experience, and full benefits from day one. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Operate high speed automated Inserters to process customer mail files.
• Load materials, adjust settings and troubleshoot issues as required.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating the machine.
• Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications.
• Communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing.
• Move pallets with manual pallet jack.
• Ensure quality of output and review for errors.

Machine Operator – Mail Inserter

Location: Plano, Texas

Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Pay is $17.50-$19 per hour – based on experience: which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Responsibilities

• Operate high speed automated Inserters to process customer mail files.
• Load materials onto the machine, adjust settings and troubleshoot issues as required
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating the machine
• Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications.
• Communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing.
• Move pallets with manual pallet jack
• Ensure quality of output and review for errors
