About the role:

Machine operators are critical to our success and one of the most important positions here at Lexington. The hours are Sunday - Thursday from 10:00 pm. to 6:00 am, with potential overtime on Friday's. The pay starts at $20 an hour and goes up from there depending on experience. Our 3rd shift employees also receive an extra $1.50 per hour for working our 3rd shift.Our machine operators set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery. On a daily basis, they use computerized equipment and communicate regularly with other team members. This is a great role for many types of people whether you like to work in a team or work alone. Job Requirements:
