Position Title: Machine Operator Lead - Weekend Overnight Shift
Wage: $24.29 per hour
Shift: Weekend Overnight
Hours: 8pm to 8am (Fri-Sun)

Machine Operator Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Review MPI's, SOPs, and shop floor packets before job start-up to understand production, validation, and special requirements.
  2. Assign personnel to production line stations based on skill sets.
  3. Verify line clearance and complete all required forms before start-up.
  4. Check incoming components against batch records for accuracy.
  5. Document receipts in batch records.
  6. Fill out In-Process and Reject labels before job start-up.
  7. Communicate production requirements to the crew to ensure understanding.
  8. Ensure all line personnel sign and initial relevant documentation.
  9. Perform start-up and in-process quality inspections, testing, and sampling.
  10. Review batch records throughout production for cGMP compliance and accuracy.
  11. Verify coded information (lot number, expiration date) throughout packaging.
  12. Ensure equipment calibration dates are within specifications and coordinate recalibration if needed.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment is essential.
