Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a machine operator to efficiently operate various manual and automated production equipment in our Texas facility. The role requires 2+ years of sales and customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

You will lift, stand and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position includes potential incentives beyond starting pay and comprehensive benefits, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

Job description

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $21.95 to $30.38 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up machinery ensuring all production material are available
• Assist with change overs as necessary.
• Safely operate and monitor all equipment.
• Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance department.
• Maintain required records.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High School - GED or Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience: 1+ years general sales experience required.
• 2+ years sales and customer service specific experience preferred.
• Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.
