Qualifications

• Operate machines according to SOPs
• Set up machines before runs, calibrate and adjust
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
• Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines and equipment according to SOPs
• Set up machines before each production run including calibration, cleaning, and basic adjustments
• Monitor machine performance; identify irregularities or mechanical issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies; lock-out/tag-out
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
