Job summary

RamRod Industries in Spencer, WI is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator. The role offers $21.00-$31.00 per hour with a $3.50 shift premium, plus a 175 monthly safety/attendance bonus.

You will work four 10-hour days, Mon–Thu, and qualify for 80 hours of paid holidays, paid vacation, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement. Essentials include reading blueprints, operating machining centers, measuring with calipers/micrometers, and performing tool changes and machine setups.

2nd Shift Machine Operator in Spencer, WI

• $21.00 - $31.00 per hour, plus $3.50 shift premium. Starting wage appropriate for your experience level
• Work 4 ten hour days, Mon‑Thur
