Responsibilities include setting up equipment safely, inspecting before and after runs, minimizing waste, maximizing equipment utilization, and performing daily and weekly clean-ups in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior laminating or experience working with adhesives a plus.
• Strong ability to read a ruler and understand fractions.
• Corrugated industry experience preferred.
• Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

PAY BASED ON EXPEREINCE. Minimum $23/hour. The selected candidate will have a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, STD, LTD, life insurance, and company matching 401(k). Green Bay Packaging benefits may vary by position or division.
