This role is responsible for operating various types of machinery, as assigned by leadership.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Operate and set up equipment according to production schedules and product specifications.
  2. Disassemble equipment for sanitation at the end of each day.
  3. Monitor machinery, troubleshoot malfunctions, and notify maintenance when needed.
  4. Record data, calibrate systems, and interpret temperature and measurement readings.
  5. Work with maintenance to establish preventive maintenance procedures.
  6. Maintain a safe, clean work environment following safety and quality policies.
  7. Take ownership of equipment and adhere to safety procedures.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
  • 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, read blueprints, and understand measurements.
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment
  • Manufacturing plant with noise, temperature extremes, and moving equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for over 4 hours.
