Job summary

Openwork is seeking a dependable Machine Operator in Locust Grove, GA to operate injection molding machinery in a fast-paced production environment.

You will monitor equipment, troubleshoot pneumatics and hydraulics, perform quality checks, maintain safety standards, and assist with changeovers. The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing and the ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is required.

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dependable Machine Operator in Locust Grove, GA. In this fast-paced and hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machinery in a high-volume production environment.

In a Machine Operator job, you'll be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure quality and efficiency
• Troubleshooting and adjusting equipment with a focus on pneumatics and hydraulics
• Performing routine quality checks on parts and reporting defects or issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards
• Assisting with changeovers and machine maintenance as needed

What you'll need:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift and perform physical tasks throughout the day
