Qualifications

  • Technical skills: Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
  • Experience: Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience.
  • Precision: Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical stamina: Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, calibrate, adjust, and clean machinery for optimum performance.
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
