Job summary

SureStaff is hiring Machine Operators for a leading automotive facility in Muncie, IN. This hands-on production role will run equipment, support assembly, and help keep production moving.

Candidates should have at least 9 months of manufacturing experience; automotive experience is a plus. The role offers weekly pay, medical/dental/vision benefits, overtime opportunities, and pathways for growth onsite.

• Read blueprints and follow work instructions to meet quality standards.
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized.
• Help solve production issues and keep operations running smoothly.

Pay: $16.50-$17/hr
