Job summary

C.C. Creations in Texas is seeking a Machine/Print Press Operator to join our fast-paced production team. You will operate and maintain automatic screen‑printing equipment and help ensure product quality.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, can read work orders in English, and works well in a team. We value reliability, safety, and overtime flexibility in a company that has grown to over 500 employees.

What You’ll Do as a Machine/Print Press Operator

As a key player in our production team, you will:

• Operate and maintain automatic screen-printing equipment to meet production needs.
• Verify size, , and type of products to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure sequences are correct for each job.
• Install and adjust machine components for proper functionality.
• Maintain production rates while upholding high-quality standards.
• Continuously inspect products to ensure they meet job specifications and quality guidelines.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department and equipment.

Compensation details: 17-25 Hourly Wage
