Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Position Summary:

• Complex machine set up, tooling changes, and change overs
• Machine troubleshooting and problem solving
• Ability to use computers
• Able to read blueprints or markers
• Enter detailed program data for complex parts and processes
• Accurate use of complex measurement tools
• Complex parts and processes
• A lot of varying parts, fine detail, last step before finishing
• Designated backup for the Production Leader II in the cell or department

Position Requirements:

• Must be detail-oriented
• Ability to recognize discrepancies and initiate resolution
• Regular lifting and maneuvering of product up to 50 lbs
• Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Able to read, write, and follow instructions, both written and verbal
• Able to use basic hand tools and small power equipment
• Able to assist in training employees
• 5-S audits and daily cleaning
• Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
