Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Prior forklift experience is required; 1+ year preferred.
• Experience in production processes involving paper or chemical handling is preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills are needed to interact with employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and testing throughout shift to identify defects.
• Adjust production line based on automated systems and product specs.
• Follow procedures, shift reports, and checklists as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Manage material flow of raw and finished goods; operate pallet jacks, forklifts as needed.
• Attend job-related training and perform housekeeping duties.
• Execute other tasks as assigned by management.
