Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain lift trucks, including completing safety reports and changing batteries.
• Pull and organize scrap foam materials according to production needs.
• Operate granulator equipment, monitor processes, and ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through housekeeping duties.
• Participate as a member of the Plant Emergency Response Team.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred prior experience with lift trucks and in a production environment.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, climb, and twist.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
