Qualifications

• Ability to operate one-step packaging machines and related equipment.
• Perform hourly quality checks and adjust as needed.
• Record daily production and input information into SAP.
• Move materials safely using forklift and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate one-step equipment (Nissei and related machines) per production requirements.
• Ensure production of high-quality products per customer specifications.
• Perform hourly quality checks and document results.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify supervision promptly.
• Maintain machine setup sheets and production logs.
• Input production data into SAP and monitor downtime.
• Assist preventive maintenance and safety practices.
• Oversee Packers and ensure quality checks during packaging.
