CPI Card Group in Roseville, California, is seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our clean, temperature-controlled production floor. You will set up, operate and troubleshoot assigned machines to produce high-quality plastic cards and paper carriers.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with regular shifts, overtime as needed, and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Production experience a plus.
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary.
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train on multiple machines.

Responsibilities

• Performs set-ups, operation, and troubleshooting on assigned machines.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs, data accuracy, and quality standards.
• Accurately produce product according to production plan and client specs.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including housekeeping.
• Maintain expected productivity for the work area.
• Cross-train and support various work areas as directed by supervisor.
