Job summary

CPI Card Group is hiring Machine Operators for light, temperature-controlled manufacturing of plastic cards and paper carriers. Starting pay is $20.50/hour with regular shifts. Operators set up, run, and troubleshoot equipment, while ensuring procedures and quality standards are met.

The role includes maintaining safety, housekeeping, and productivity in a clean production environment. Qualified candidates will have basic English, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills, including elementary English.
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English for instruction.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Performs set-ups, operation, and troubleshooting on assigned machines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, data accuracy, and quality standards.
• Produce according to the production plan and client specifications.
