Job summary

PLZ Corp in Pacific, MO is seeking a Machine Operator I to operate label machines and support production on the evening shift. You will complete independent changeovers and ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role includes performing routine maintenance on label machinery daily, weekly, monthly, and annually, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits start after 30 days and include life insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and voluntary coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience operating label or packaging equipment.
• Willingness to work a night shift and on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate label machines on the night shift.
• Complete independent changeovers per production needs.
• Maintain and monitor packaging line quality and output.
• Record maintenance and quality checks as required.
