Qualifications

• Basic understanding of motor components and functions (40%).
• Load/unload/inspect components using OMS and gauging equipment.
• Make adjustments for changeovers and troubleshoot minor machine timeouts.
• Setup/Operate 1 up/down workstations and perform monthly PMs.
• Adhere to safety requirements and practice 5Ss.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload/inspect components to OMS using proper gauging equipment.
• Make adjustments required for change overs.
• Identify, troubleshoot and correct minor machine time outs.
• Set up/operate 1 up/down workstations.
• Perform monthly PM requirements.
• Inform team leader about processes or equipment needing attention.
• Complete rework and scrap documentation as required.
• Package service parts.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve processes, productivity & quality.
