Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for a Bolingbrook automotive accessories manufacturer. This 2nd shift role focuses on operating equipment, trimming parts, and ensuring quality standards.

Temp-to-Hire with benefits for top performers. Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday with additional weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Use basic hand and cutting tools.
• Prepare and finish car mats including hand trimming of various parts.
• Fill out all required paperwork.
• Lift and transfer raw materials, finished products, and packed materials from conveyors and tables.
• Assemble parts, place labels on products, and package products.
• Ensure all quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic hand and cutting tools on the production line.
• Trim and finish car mats and related parts.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Move materials from conveyors to workstations and packaging areas.
• Assemble, label, and package finished products.
