Graham Packaging Company in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Machine Operator for a day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (6:45 AM – 7:00 PM, every other weekend). Weekly pay starts at $24.20 per hour with benefits starting day one (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match).

Responsibilities include operating multiple blow molding machines, performing mold changes, and ensuring safe, high-quality production. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, adherence to GMP, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines safely and producing high quality containers.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line and minor repairs.
• Assist maintenance and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Communicate processing information to shift supervisors and teammates.
