Job summary

Curbell is seeking a Machine Operator II in Portland, OR to operate CNC machining centers, mills and lathes, and to support programming of CNC panel saws. The role requires reading blueprints and parts lists, and performing quality checks to prints.

Some locations include warehouse duties with SAP documentation responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of basic to mid-level reading, writing, arithmetic and PC skills, plus strong technical and organizational abilities and proficiency

Qualifications

• 2 years reading, writing, arithmetic and PC skills.
• Strong technical and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficient in SAP or similar ERP system.
• Blueprint and sketch reading.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC and manual equipment; program and operate panel saws.
• Perform basic set ups and maintain production machinery.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections against specifications.
• Assist in warehouse duties including shipping/receiving and SAP documentation.
