Position: Machine Operator II
Location: Hartselle Wood Reels
Pay Rate: $20.44 /HR + $0.75 Shift Differential
Shift: 2nd - 2p to 10p

Position Overview:
Operate machines to produce wood reels for various applications, including the wire & cable industry. Requires attention to detail and good communication skills. May involve lifting up to 50 pounds or more, moving materials, and operating equipment such as a forklift.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required.
2. Report injuries or hazards immediately.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
4. Communicate professionally and participate in team meetings and training.
5. Operate machinery efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication, manual dexterity, and basic math skills.
• Experience in printing, inventory control, quality assurance, or computerized manufacturing systems is helpful but not necessary.
