Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 pm -- 6 am

We Need Someone Who Can

We prioritize safe, clean, and healthy workspaces and seek individuals who take that seriously.

• 1-2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Lift up to 50 lbs., including bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.
• Stand and walk on concrete for long periods; work in cold/hot temperatures
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Communicate and problem-solve with coworkers; perform basic math
• Obtain production specifications and relay information across all employee levels
• Work overtime or weekend shifts as needed (schedule may vary)
• Complete post-offer background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for proper start-up
• Control line speeds, production rates, and equipment operation
• Perform quality checks
• Complete paperwork such as downtime and HACCP reports using SAP SOPs
• Use PPE including bump caps, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair/beard nets, gloves, and safety shoes
• Conduct yourself in line with company values, policies, and standards
