Compensation:

• $1,500 Sign on Bonus*

1st Shift Schedule:

• This position is for 1st shift.
• Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
• Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do:

• Load and unload piece parts and final assemblies into CNC Milling Machines for manufacturing processes.
• Operate equipment to produce parts as assigned and monitor machines to detect equipment or process errors, stopping machines if necessary to prevent failures, and informing supervisor of job status as required.
• Inspect parts produced to ensure compliance with specifications indicated on blueprint or other instructions, using visual and measurement inspection with a variety of inspection instruments.
• Record data from inspection and follow all paperwork procedures.
• Maintain machines and equipment used, including breaking down tooling and fixtures, cleaning equipment, replenishing machine coolant supply, and monitoring machine for preventative or other maintenance.
• Perform other assembly and finishing work as assigned within the department or in other departments as workload determines, including deburring, hardware, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and requirements.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee).

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Completion of CNC Machine Operating technical school program.
• 1 year machine operator experience.
