This position is responsible for operating all pieces of equipment at high efficiency, maintaining up-to-date troubleshooting skills, and training Level 1 operators. The Machine Operator Level 2 is a tiered role following successful evaluation of a Level One Operator with 1 year of experience running Single Serve Equipment. Key responsibilities include ensuring optimal machine performance, communicating effectively with leadership and maintenance, assisting with major downtime issues, and continuing education on equipment.

Job Functions include:

• Ensuring all training received as a Level 1 is upheld
• Logging and communicating run settings and downtime
• Making adjustments independently and explaining them to leadership
• Assisting maintenance with downtime and preventative maintenance
• Optimizing efficiency and production performance

Job Duties include:

• Running production machinery to meet goals
• Communicating issues and findings with leadership
• Maintaining a clean machine and work area
• Recording production changes and downtimes
• Acting as a liaison between Single Serve and Maintenance
• Continuing education on equipment
• Mastering primary and secondary machines (e.g., Rychiger/Schubert)
