Job Description
MACHINE OPERATOR

Responsibilities include:

  1. Operate multiple machines using written work instructions, visual management, and computer interface.
  2. Conduct quality inspections using specific written and visual guidelines.
  3. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions.
  4. Perform minor adjustments to machines to correct improper functions.
  5. Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
  6. Accurately complete all logs, data input, and written records, including hourly checks and downtime logs.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  2. Computer literate.
  3. 1-3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
  4. Availability for 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts.
  5. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  6. Basic math skills.
  7. Willingness to work overtime and holidays as required.
  • Must wear safety glasses, hearing protection, and hair/beard coverings.

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant standing/walking on concrete floors.
  • Ability to climb stairs/ladders up to 15 feet high.
  • Reach at and above shoulder level.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
