The ideal candidate will have:
Skills & Abilities
Must be able to read and write English and understand basic instructions, day codes, interpret procedures, and communicate this information to others.
Must be able to start-up and shut down machinery and make minor adjustments to machinery according to established procedures.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations, utilizing addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions
Must be able to pass the Machine Operator II certification following the completion of the Operations Development Program.
Must be able to type and possess data entry skills
Must have the ability to utilize verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Actively participates and contributes constructively to team meetings and related discussions or problem-solving.
Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, and safety regulations in manufacturing.
