Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a hands-on Brake Press Operator for our Howell, MI facility. You will operate a brake press to bend, punch, form metal sheets, and stage components at your station, ensuring accurate results per templates and drawings.

Responsibilities include programming data input, performing safety checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation. Physical duties include lifting up to 60 lbs and occasional heavier lifts with assistance, standing and bending throughout

Qualifications

• Operate brake press to bend, punch, form metal sheets and plates.
• Lift or carry up to 60lbs throughout the day.
• Occasionally push/pull up to 100lbs with assistance or mechanical aids.
• Be comfortable with standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting and sitting.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.
