This role emphasizes hands-on work, attention to detail, and readiness to grow skills through training. Primary duties include safety compliance, quality inspections, equipment setup and minor repairs as needed.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures.
• Willing to train and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Follows safety work practices and supports safety initiatives.
• Quality: Performs quality inspections and ensures product meets specs.
• Productivity: Sets up and recalibrates equipment per GMPs/SOPs; notifies issues promptly.
• Records problems: Records downtime, scrap, repairs, and machine status.
• Other duties as assigned.
