Job Overview

Based in Henderson, NV, the Operator operates plastic blow molding machines, making adjustments and minor repairs to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of containers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
• Operate and maintain blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform mold, insert, and color changes.
• Assist with machine troubleshooting and repairs.
• Monitor processing conditions and perform quality checks.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Document production and communicate with supervisors.
• Train new Operators and assist team members.
