Title: Machine Operator I - Shift 2

Location: 10 Bowman Drive, Keene, NH 03431 United States

Duration: 9+ Months contract

Job Description:

• Technical Knowledge/Skills: Basic understanding of computers. Completion of paperwork certification as required. Machine-specific training as needed.
• Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills. Ability to read and understand machine faults via Human Machine Interface units. Capable of delegating tasks and working collaboratively in a team with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery to meet production and quality standards.
• Assist in clearing jams and resolving minor mechanical issues (training in lockout/tagout procedures).
• Handle materials (e.g., filling hoppers), and oversee safety, quality, and productivity during operation.
• Support technicians with minor preventive maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report persistent machine issues to Line Technicians.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform Oracle transactions and conduct paperwork audits and quality tests as required.
• Train team members on machine operations and assembler roles as needed.
• Assist in online/packing aisle duties or other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Management.
