Job Summary

Oversee all packing house machines and their operations, including loading materials, troubleshooting, calculating film and fruit requirements, controlling waste, and maximizing output and efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Understand machine operation and standards.
  • Ensure proper film, labels, and fruit counts are used according to customer specifications.
  • Perform machine changeovers timely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the machine area.
  • Lift, push, pull, and grasp up to 48 pounds; work in cold conditions (38°F to 50°F).
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and work independently.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to operate around forklifts and communicate with team members.
  • Ability to read box markings and manage tasks without constant supervision.
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed.
