UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I in Clarksville, TX to set up and operate production equipment per established procedures. You will ensure safe handling of materials, maintain a clean work area, and log production records as required.

The role requires at least 6 months in manufacturing or assembly, with a basic math aptitude preferred. High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required, and you must be 18+ to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing and/or assembling.
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Operates and feeds the machine in a safe and efficient manner, and according to established procedures.
• Completes work area set up.
• Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate.
• Performs pre-shift startup equipment inspection and reports any problems.
• Maintains production records as required.
• Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participates in safety and quality procedures and meetings.
