This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and less than 1 year of related experience, with a willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions. Eligible for a 10% annual bonus and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production equipment (e.g., CNC machines, presses, packaging machines, injection molding machines) according to instructions and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine operations and output within specified parameters; make simple adjustments as needed.
• Perform visual and basic quality checks on finished products to meet customer specifications.
• Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors and maintain production records.
• Adhere to safety procedures, wear PPE, and participate in routine maintenance tasks.
