Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics (TAL) is seeking a Machine Operator I to run CNC and manual machines for producing parts used in material handling equipment. The role emphasizes operating 1–2 machine types (laser, waterjet, press brake, CNC milling, CNC lathe, turret punch) with attention to tolerances and prints.

The position is on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work from engineering drawings.
• Experience operating machining/fabrication equipment in a shop setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Able to read a tape measure and other calibrated devices.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Adherence to information security policies and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery and manual machines to produce high quality parts.
• Read engineering drawings and work from sketches to fit sheet metal and bar stock.
• Clean, deburr, and perform first article inspections on parts.
• Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed and support production goals.
• Occasional overtime as required by production needs.
