UFP Thornton, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator I responsible for set up and operation of a production machine following established procedures. You will secure and maintain materials and supplies needed for the operation.

Responsibilities include completing work area set up, safe operation, stacking products, maintaining a clean area, and completing required inspection checklists. This role supports safety and quality programs and may participate in additional duties as assigned.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing and/or assembling is required.
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.

• Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label and band components/finished product.

Job Summary

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefit Information

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living.

Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
