Starting Pay and Shift Details

Starting Pay: $18.75 per hour
Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 pm to 6 am
Shift: 2
Hours: 5:45 pm - 5:45 am
Location: Ice Cream Plant

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0-1 years of experience preferred; must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Operate machinery safely with minimal supervision
• Lift up to 50 lbs., including bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods
• Work in varying temperatures (cold/hot)
• Perform basic math and follow production specifications
• Relay information effectively across all employee levels
• Availability for overtime or weekend shifts; hours may vary based on production needs
• Complete post-offer background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with basic functions
• Set up and pre-run equipment for production startup
• Manage line speeds, batch formulas, production rates, and equipment operation
• Conduct quality checks
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Complete all necessary paperwork using SAP, SOPs, and safety protocols
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with company values and standards
