Summary

The Machine Operator for Bud's Goods of New Jersey is responsible for planning, operating, and maintaining equipment at our facility in Linden, New Jersey. The primary operations involve the packaging of cannabis and cannabis products for clients. The Machine Operator leads and organizes a team of packaging techs to support daily machine operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess pre-shift conditions with the Packaging Manager and plan workflow to minimize changeovers.
  • Lead and support packaging techs during production runs, changeovers, and shutdowns.
  • Operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify product specifications and proper labeling.
  • Maintain operational data, assist with system entries, and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
  • Lead safety protocols, including LOTO procedures, and promote company values.

Additional Details
