**Job Summary:**
The Mixing Machine Operator is responsible for operating the mixing laminator to machine/sheet raw dough to a specified thickness. Cut/form dough sheet to a specified shape and weight. Keep the work area clean and organized.

**Physical/Mental Requirements:**

• Able to stand eight hours per shift.
• Repetitive reaching over head, under, and across throughout the shift.
• May climb steps to and from work and break areas.
• May work in high precarious places and/or outside weather conditions.
• Receptive to new ideas, concepts, and procedures.
• Receptive and responsive to constructive criticism.

**Experience and Skills:**

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and sometimes independently.
