Qualifications

• 1-2 years of machine operation experience in an industrial work environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines.
• Ability to wear and properly utilize PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, earplugs, etc.).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Self-motivated with mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a team with safety as the number one priority.
• Set up machines to start a production cycle and perform startup inspections.
• Operate one stationary machine and feed raw material to semi-automated machines.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect finished product to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Follow daily procedures and directions from leadership and training.
