Dal-Tile is currently seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our MFG TEAM! As the Manufacturing Machine Operator II, we need someone to operate production equipment, monitor production parameters, and make decisions on when to adjust the process.

Primary Objective:

Operate production equipment, monitor production parameters, inspect or test product for conformance to specifications, record data, and decide when to adjust the process or contact supervision for guidance.

Major Functions and Scope:

• Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• May function as a changeover, setting, or grinding operator.
• Conduct tests or inspections as required on the control plan and according to test methods.
• Perform additional job tasks as documented in the job task check sheet.
• Stop production equipment when safety, quality, or mechanical issues prevent proper operation or conformance to product requirements.
• Follow ISO operating procedures and maintain quality checks as specified.
