Sechan Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I to perform basic machine operations and prepare circuit boards for automated processes. You will operate equipment such as Auto-Coater, AOI/AXI, SMT line tooling, stencil printers, and cleaners, and assist with setup and basic maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications IPC-610 and J-Standard-001 within 1 month of employment.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with ERP systems.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare circuit boards to run through automated equipment.
• Operate equipment including Auto-Coater, AOI/AXI and SMT line tooling.
• Assist with setup and basic maintenance of machinery.
• Keep machines clean and well‑maintained.
• Enter data and follow work instructions accurately.
