Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a production operator to support EPS processing. You will operate lamination, cutting, and molding equipment, load materials, and assist with end-of-line packaging. The role is 40 hours per week with occasional overtime and no travel.

You will monitor machines, assist Operators II & III, perform basic quality checks, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in assigned department to complete work orders.
• Receive and review work orders.
• Communicate material requirements to other departments.
• Maintain safety and inspect equipment daily.
• Assist with quality checks and end-of-line tasks as needed.
