Key Accountabilities

• Ensure compliance with work instructions

Key Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to produce quality parts
• Maintain manufacturing standards to ensure acceptable parts
• Monitor cycle times and report inefficiencies
• Recognize and record rejects
• Report excessive rejects according to standards
• Adhere to IQMS and ISO standards
• Follow safety standards and report issues
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Use colored light communication system for assistance
• Communicate effectively with relief operators
• Perform tasks for each mold job, varying in complexity
• Use approved samples and quality documents as guidelines
• Meet standards for efficiency, scrap, and safety
