Job summary

DIS-TRAN Steel in Washington Court House, OH, is looking for Machine Operators to join our team. You will safely operate CNC machinery (drill, saw, etc.), read a tape measure and perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and typed reports, plus certifications or prior experience with moving machinery are a plus. On-site training will be provided and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret typed reports and schedules.
• Ability to interpret blueprints required.
• Certifications or prior experience with moving machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CNC machinery (drill, saw, etc.).

• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.

Individuals must possess the ability to read a tape measure and must possess basic math aptitude. Machine Operators will safely operate CNC machinery (drill, saw, etc.). Individuals will perform daily preventative maintenance on machines.
